Till Fest…everything you could wish for
When your favorite artist invites you to his own festival, it’s something truly special. Expectations are high, two different shows, what will happen? What will the outfits be like, and what will the setlists be like? Will you see all the band members and dancers again?
What are the other bands playing before Till like? What’s the atmosphere like in general? What are the people like? Which familiar faces will you see again, and which friends will you finally meet up with after a long time?
And then suddenly, just before heading to the festival, that email arrives, that one email you’ve only dreamed of until now…but suddenly it’s no longer a dream… It actually says “Meeting point for a Meet & Greet”… And with that one email from management, your world is turned upside down.
Sleep? What’s that? Your mind is suddenly blank…you keep re-reading the email to make sure you don’t miss anything. Is it really not spam?
And then you’re at the meeting point, you get picked up, suddenly you’re backstage, waiting in line, and then he’s standing next to you, like a neighbor, friendly, polite, always making sure everyone is okay and everything runs smoothly, that everyone can capture this unique moment, get photos and autographs, exchange a few words…
And then you leave the backstage area, look at the photos, and know it wasn’t a dream, it really just happened…
The concert afterward was the best party ever. You know you finally managed to get a photo together after so long, and you just enjoy everything that’s happening.
You enjoy the show, you enjoy the setlist, the songs, the people, everything around you. Let yourself be surprised by Till and his creative ideas, and even after the two shows are over, you know that it’s not the end and it continues, and you look forward to all the more creativity that will come from this wonderful person – Till Lindemann – thank you for everything, you make life more bearable.
RammWiki is all volunteer work. We are very grateful for those who help contributing!
